Registration

If you would like to participate in the SuSun 5k Memorial Walk/Run, please be sure to complete and mail in the Registration Form and Waiver. 

Early Bird Registration due by August 1, 2010 - $20 entry fee per person (Includes commemorative t-shirt) 

Pre-Registration due by September 1, 2010 - $25 entry fee per person (Includes commemorative t-shirt)

Registration after September 1, 2010 - $30 entry fee per person (Includes commemorative t-shirt while supplies last) 

On-Site Registration - $35 entry fee per person (Includes commemorative t-shirt while supplies last) 

Additional T-shirts available for $10 while supplies last. 

Entry fees can be sent in the form of a personal check along with the registration form or can be made online via PayPal. Click the Donate button below to make your payment through PayPal. If you do not plan to participate in the SuSun 5k Memorial Walk/Run, but would like to make a donation to the scholarship fund, donations can be made online via PayPal or through a personal check. 

Checks should be made payable to Carmel Clay Education Foundation (CCEF) 

Location:

The SuSun Memorial Walk/Run will begin at the fountain located at One Civic Square in Carmel, Indiana. 

Start times:

Packet pickup and race day registration will be located at the Gazebo at 9:00 a.m.

5k walk/run begins at the Fountain at 10:00 a.m.

Post-race memorial/celebration will take place at the Gazebo at 11:15 am.
