First Annual SuSun Memorial 5k Walk/Run

October 4, 2008 

If you would like to participate in the SuSun 5k Memorial Walk/Run, please be sure to complete and mail in the Registration Form and Waiver. 

Entry Fees:

Early Bird Registration due by August 1, 2008- $20 entry fee per person (Includes commemorative t-shirt) 

Pre-Registration due by September 1, 2008- $25 entry fee per person (Includes commemorative t-shirt)

Registration after September 1st and On-Site Registration - $30 entry fee per person (Includes commemorative t-shirt while supplies last) 

Additional T-shirts available for $10 while supplies last.

Entry fees can be sent in the form of a personal check along with the registration form or can be made online via PayPal. Click the Donate button below to make your payment through PayPal. If you do not plan to participate in the SuSun 5k Memorial Walk/Run, but would like to make a donation to the scholarship fund, donations can be made online via PayPal or through a personal check.

Location:

The SuSun Memorial Walk/Run will begin at the fountain located at One Civic Square in Carmel, Indiana. 

Start times:

Packet pickup and race day registration will be located at the Gazebo at 8:00 a.m.

5k walk/run begins at the Fountain at 9:00 a.m.

Post-race memorial/celebration will take place at the Gazebo at 10:15 am. 

The Course:

The SuSun 5k Memorial Walk/Run will start at the fountain in Civic Square. Participants will go west on Gradle Dr. to 3rd Avenue. Then go round to 4th Avenue and go East on 1st Street. Participants will then cross Rangeline Road and turn left onto 1st Avenue. Take this to Main Street and go East past Carmel High School. Turn around at the High School and head back on Main Street. Participants will then head south on Monon Greenway to finish the Walk/Run.
